- Gotten grip of my health.

- Been inspired for the first time in some years.

- Learned the meaning of Christmas.

- Traveled and set up residence in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

- Changed nearly every part of my thoughts, ideas, and general outlook on life.

If I place my palms parallel to one another, I really think I could inspire the elements between them.


After more than two years of trying desperately to discover a new form of fiction, I've finally applied my "lateral" theories to a novella. Just have to finish the damn thing, but that's why it's a short-and-sweet novella - to prevent my fickleness in advance.


Oh, good grief - it's the new year sometime today. Everyone needs to make their promises to usher in the new number, right? My promise is the same every year: to change the way I look at the world, every day, every moment, in order to suit my circumstances and, most importantly, in order to learn with voracious skepticism the nature of the human condition.
